Yurchuck is the CEO of Bio-Clean of New Jersey with almost thirty years in the bio recovery business. He is a Board Certified Emergency Operations Professional and teaches HAZWOPER classes. This course meets or exceeds the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120(q) for Hazardous Materials Technician Training. It is intended for industrial and private response teams, who in their normal course of duty would be responsible for responding to a release of a known product.

Andrew P. Yurchuck. graduated from Green Mountain College in 1990 with a Bachelors of Science in Facility Management. He went on to study public relations and image management at Rowan University from 1990-1992. In 2004, he took, Texas A&M's TEEKS Weapons of Mass Destruction Certificate Program. His career journey began in facility management of large commercial buildings that had unique operational challenges such as swimming pools and fitness centers. Public health was always at the forefront of his thinking. Cleaner facilities equated to healthier happier customers. Over the next few years he consulted for some of the largest aquatic centers in the country. During this same time He worked twenty two years as and Emergency Medical Technician In 1994, he founded Bio-Clean of New Jersey. In the last twenty eight years, he has logged thousands of bio-hazard and crime scene projects. Yurchuck has responded to the Anthrax outbreak in Washington, DC, September 11 , Hurricane Irene, Super Storm Sandy and The Pentagon Complex. He has served ten yers on the Executive Board of the American Bio-Recovery Association and is currently an active member He has attained technician instructor status (ACTBI) in 2012. Yurchuck is a Board Certified Emergency Operations Professional CEOP and HAZWOPER instructor.
